Keith Jackson was a consensus All-American tight end at the University of Oklahoma in 1986 and 1987. He caught 62 passes for 1,470 yards and 14 touchdowns, averaging 23.7 yards per catch. Jackson played nine years in the NFL, with the Philadelphia Eagles, Miami Dolphins and Green Bay Packers, and was a key member of the Packer's 1996 Super Bowl championship team. He was The Sporting News Rookie of the Year in 1987, and was the only rookie on the NFC’s Pro Bowl Team. He was named Tight End of the Year and made first team All-NFL in 1990, and made six Pro Bowl appearances. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2001.
